There are two categories:
8 - 11 years
Compete over a 500m run and a 3km bike section.

12-15 years
12 - 15 years compete over a 3km run and an 8km bike section (All distances are approximate).

Duathlon
Competitors can enter individually and do both the run and the bike sections or in a team of one runner and one biker.
Registration for both races runs from 9am to 10.30am.
The 8 – 11’s race will start at 11am with the 12 - 15's race starting at 12 pm.
